From Our Graduates:
I would like to thank Peter and his staff for every opportunity that this extremely knowledgeable and professional staff has given me. Due to the immense training and TIPS Certification as well as aid in finding a job, I now work at one of the most elite and prestigious golf courses in Massachusetts as Assistance Bar Manager. I would not take anything back from my experiences at Cape Cod School of Bartending, there was never a dull moment and it was always fun. I always recommend to anyone interested in becoming a bartender to go to this school because it is truly second to none. Best wishes to Peter and all the future bartenders out there.
Sincerely,
Brendan Stefani

With no bartending experience, I decided to make a career change. I heard through a friend, about Cape Cod School of Bartending. I joined, had a great time, learned everything there is to becoming a great bartender, and passed the exam…now I’m a full time bartender at TGI Fridays.
Thanks, Cape Cod School of Bartending for an awesome experience. I couldn’t have done it without you.

What a great time we all had. Fazio’s had just upgraded to a full liquor license and the brush up was great. The help designing our new bar menu and product line was priceless. The TIPS Training was very informative, a must for all license holders. Thanks for making it a fun experience for the gang at Fazio’s.

To Whom it May Concern:
Being a local business person, I am an advocate for other locally owned and operated businesses on Cape Cod. For that reason, I support the Cape Cod School of Bartending. Also, I personally have known the owner, Peter Lawson for nearly 30 years. Peter is a skilled veteran with years of experience, knowledge and capabilities that I can confirm. Oh, by the way, he taught me bartending!
Sincerely,

I’ve been in the restaurant and nightclub business successfully for twenty years on Cape Cod, and the only place I call for bartenders is the Cape Cod School of Bartending.

Cape Cod School of Bartending has provided great services to our restaurant. Peter did a tremendous job of TI.P.S training for our entire staff at our own facility. He even met our request of a 7:30 AM start. I would strongly recommend the school for bartender training and TIPS certification.

Owner, Hemisphere Restaurant (also a graduate of the school)
From the Organizations We Support:
Dear Peter and Student Bartenders:
On behalf of the students, staff & alumni of Riverview School, our deepest gratitude goes out to you for your continued volunteer service as bartender at the Village of Dreams 2007 Gala and 30th Anniversary Alumni Reunion.
On June 15th over 650 people, including almost 200 Riverview Alumni enjoyed a magnificent 4-course dinner voluntarily prepared by Cape Cod’s celebrated chefs. As part of our wonderful Riverview family your bar service was a proud reminder to all just how dedicated you are around helping young individuals with learning and life challenges.
Thank you, Peter, for donating your time, talent and students to help provide bar set-up and expert service for the Village of Dreams Gala. You and your bartenders were instrumental towards making our guests feel welcome and at home here at Riverview. Thank you again for answering the call for community volunteers!

WOW! What a blast was had by all at last week’s 2nd annual Cape Cod Young Professionals, “Back to Business Bash” at the Rectrix Aerodome and YOU are a prime reason why! We really appreciate your participation in making the largest and most exciting networking event on Cape Cod an event not to be missed!
We owe a big thank you to you, our vendors and sponsors, for stepping up to the plate and helping us out!
As you will remember, the atmosphere at Rectrix was lively and festive. Attendees were entertained by fantastic music while sampling delicious food, great wines, beer, and cocktails in the unique surroundings of the private aircraft hanger at the Barnstable Airport. The turnout was phenomenal with 500 attendees!
Due to the positive feedback and publicity from this year’s event we expect an even bigger turnout next year. We have already set a date of September 17th, 2009 so be sure to mark your calendar – we hope you will join us again next year!
Thank you for helping to make this event a smashing success!
We look forward to working with you again on the next “Back to Business Bash”!
Sincerely,
Amy Whiteside

Thank you very much for your support and generosity for the 1st Annual Back to Business Bash. Because of your kindness in donating bartending services, we raised over $3,500 for the Cape and Islands United Way, money which will be distributed to numerous local charitable organizations and non-profits.
The event was a tremendous success with nearly 400 attendees sampling great food and drinks, taking in live music, and networking with a diverse set of attendees ans sponsors. We hope you found the event and the venue exciting, and that it was beneficial to your business. If there are any ideas you have for improvement or change, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
On behalf of the Board, the Cape Business Publishing Group, and participating Chambers of Commerce, we again thank you very much for your generosity and look forward to working with you in the future on events and initiatives that will continue bringing people together and benefit the community at large.
There are numerous ways to get involved and partner with the CCYP in 2008, should you be interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Best of luck this fall and winter!
